Embroidery Digitizing Setup Fee

This is a required add on for all embroidery orders.

Before we can stitch your logo onto anything, your artwork has to be converted into an embroidery stitch file. That process is called digitizing and it is what makes sure your design stitches out clean, accurate, and exactly the way it should look.

This is not something you can skip. Every embroidery order needs it. But here is the good news you only pay it once.

If you come back and reorder the same design in the future, you will not be charged again. We keep your file on record so your next order is ready to go.

How It Works

1. Add this setup fee to your cart along with your hat or apparel order
2. Send us your print ready artwork file after purchase
3. We digitize your design and send you a proof for approval
4. Once you approve we move into production
5. Your order ships to you ready to represent

Please Note

This fee applies to every new design. If you are ordering two different logos that is two setup fees. If you are reordering the same design you already paid to digitize, you do not need to add this again. Not sure if your design has already been digitized with us?
